is there a lot of work involved with taking the carbs off,is the airbox a pain to get out

Nope very easy..just look kinda self explanatory.
and
and
when you put it back together take the air box apart and you can reach throught the bettom and guide the boots on it makes it a lot easier and a lot less swearing,lol
