Need advice on SRX spark problem

Number 3 cylinder has poor/no spark when pulling it over. Other two are fine. Runs on two cylinders and pings when it's cold then runs on all three once it warms up a little. Did this the last two days and it's been below zero here. We rode 150 miles the last two days and it runs strong and fine once warmed up. Already tried swapping plugs around and new plugs.
Coil? Ground problem? Other?
Anybody got any input or other ideas?

The boots on the plugs go bad.You can get ngk boots and wires with splicers

Thanks bluewho. I'll check it out.
Anyone else got any input? I plan to swap the wires to the coils and see if the problem moves. If not, that will tell me it's the coil.
