i have an older M 10 and the upper rear shaft i got with the unit came with wheels and everything to mount on a doo. and i got a Yamaha mount kit for it now the wheels on the rear top shaft don't fit. My question is do i need to get new bearings to fit the Yamaha kit?

Thanks

Jeff

The older M10's had a shaft diameter that took a larger inner diameter bearing. That bearing is no longer available from Fast, and I couldn't source it anywhere else. If the Yahama shaft is smaller, which I believe it to be since it's newer, just buy the bearings for that shaft ( I think it's 6205's, same as are in all the other wheels ). I had my shaft machined down to the smaller diameter when the larger bearings failed. Those bearings are only $3 or $4 dollars at a bearing store; a little more at a snowmobile shop.
