Hi guys
I have a 2002 viper cylinder that was ported and when it was sent back to me it was damaged, one of the intake skirts was broken, the piece is 17mm or 3/4 long, can this be welded and replated, I have also herd that I could just chop of the other skirt and it would be fine as long as it was the same size,if anybody has any ideas please let me know.
Thanks Steve

Thanks Steve :
I wouldnt run it with it that short, while its true you can shorten them, theres a limit or you dont have any support for the piston skirt. It can be rewelded on and replated.

Thank you mrviper
I contacted Atelier Adrien Bernard in Canada and they said it would only cost a extra $20 for welding the piece in and $280 to replate it.
