Hand warmers

The hand warmers on my srx6 don't work but the thumb does. Any suggestions? Oh yea, I can't regulate the thumb either, it's on high heat reguardless of setting. I control it w/ the key switch.

the warmers are in series circuit, so if one quits, they both quit, hook each one up seprately to the sled and see which one is bad.
