Hey guys when i removed the center rear shock from my srx for recharging i noticed that the preload is set in the middle but the adjusters dont even touch the spring....like the spring is loose in between the mounts....when the shock is mounted in the sled and wieght is on it there is pressure but when removed there is not is this normal???? the rear shock has pressure on it from the spring so do the fronts.....got them all recharged and it still sits the same.....does this mean the spring is had it???
98 MSRX700- check overall dimension on that shock spring preload should be close to 208mm, if at this dimension and shock spring is loose then its sacked...this is with shock removed from sled.
