What all do you have to do to take out front heat exchanger?A stud got loose and poked a hole in it?Any advice?

its not fun u gotta pull just about every thing to get to it, skid motor steering collum u name it. then u drill out the rivets that hold it in and use a jack to spread the tunnel and pop it out. other then that ur only other option is to pull the skid and track and get it welded in the sled. u have to drain all the coolant tho.
