I Just Replaced My Pto Piston And Cylinder. All Seem Good But My Temp Light Keeps Flashing. Do You Just Bleed Through The Cap?

bleed it thru the rear heat exchanger
take off the seat and open the bleeder on the rear heat exchanger untill all the air comes out and it squirts antifreeze

This Is A 98. I Thought That Too. I Took Off Seat And It Did Not Have Bleeders Under The Seat. I Also Have A 93 Exciter And That Is How I Do It On That Sled, but It Does Not Have A Radiator Cap Like My 98 Does?

The way I did it on my SRX was to fill the reservoir to the cold line and run it, then shut down and repeat until the level stabilizes. Im pretty sure thats what the owners manual says to do as well.

The way I bled mine was through the bleeder under the seat.
98SRX7. As the sled warmed up I lifted the back end on a milkcrate. Cracked the bleeder till the air bubbles stopped. Tightn'd, lowered sled, warmed it up till all exchangers got warm, lifted it back on crate, cracked screw again till bubbles stopped. After the second time, It shot coolant out in a steady stream. Then I put the sled on my trailer, tilted with the nose as high as I could get it. Bled the bleeder at the coolant rail. Only a couple bubbles came out till it shot ALL OVER. Have some rags handy. This is what I did and it seemed to work. If I was to do it all again, I would just do the rear cooler bleeding unless it was overheting, then I'd do the front bleeder.
