i am having problems with my srx with darting and it wont even lift the skis at all even on hard packed... it doesnt have studs but i know it still should cause i can feel it pull hard... i pulled the rear shocks and realized on the front shock of the rear skid it has like an air valve on it and its broke right off and the one on the big shock is bent...i took the front one out and the spring was wound almost all the way up and i removed what was left of the valve and the spring and there was nothing inside of the shock pressure wise...i can move it back and forth and there is resistance like i can hear oil in there but it doenst push back out... so i'm gonna get them recharged and was told they take 284 psi in both back shocks... but i need to get new valves and am wondering were i can get theses they look brass and uncommon... has anyone else ran into this... when i got the sled the font lower shock bracket was broke and swung around...

Its not air it is nitrogen. Send them to a good shock repair like Pioneer perf and get them fixed and redone. Maxdlx

It may be installed incorrectly in the skid. I have seen so many people install the shocks the wrong way which allows the shock to sustain damage. It just don't make any sense why anyone might install it incorrectly and risk damage.
