91 venture, what carbs??

friends dad has one and we are going to be using it to sort of introduce some friends to some northern trails. I need to clean the carbs BAD, so I need to know what carbs it has so I can order the gasket sets for it! and so I can see how to tune it thanks!!!

Same engine and carbs as the Phazer 485cc with butterfly carbs. Not really, any gaskets besides the float bowl o-ring which usually can be reused.

cool, what do Ineed to do to clean it? anyone know if there is any how to's for those carbs? work on mik 38's before on my old trail twister... is it pretty similar? thanks vmax540!

There are 2 rubber plugs near the main jet and there are 3 holes they could fit into. Before you remove the plugs make scratch marks at their locations on the aluminum so they will be reinstalled in the correct place.
Otherwise, cleaning it is done the same as any other carb, just make sure every hole is clean.
