Which wires do i use when connecting a T-jet to my gpx? the green and black coming out of the stator??thanks

I have to wire up mine, it has a Sno-jet tach. I had my sled running without the tach connected so far but am going to connect it soon. I had to replace numerous wires that were just cobbled together. I think there are 3 wires for the tach. Yellow, green and black I think.

Steve, let me know as soon as you get yours set up.i need to order a voltage regulator yet.
so does it take 3 wires to power the tach? mine has 4,but i assumed 2 for power, and 2 for the light.

Oh the wiring is a zoo on my sled that I just got running. It's too bad I sold all my late model Sno-jet SST/Astro SS's as they could have given a good indication of what goes where. The old 72' SST shouldn't be too far off with how it's tach is wired up. Then I'll cross reference the findings with the Exciter and ahuyyy..something should materialize.
