I am interested if anyone has modified or built a customer brake lever for small (youth) hands. I have a SnoScoot, however all the older Yamahas seem to have a similar brake lever. My son has small hands and has a very difficult time trying to use the brake. He usually ends up hooking his wrist over the brake lever and pulling on it with his whole arm.
The brake is not that comfortable for me either. If it wasn't made from cast alluminum, I would heat it up and bend it. I am not worried about the lever travel, since it doesn't take much to lock the disc.
Any one have any ideas?
