Arctic cat secondary

I would like to put an arctic cat secondary on my 2000 srx. I know i need to change the jackshaft. Will a cat shaft fit right in there? How will it line up with the primary? Is there anything else to be aware of when doing this mod.

its a conversion shaft made by microbelmont or other aftermarket shpos, the clutchs fit fine, I have them on a viper and a vmax4

I have a button cat secondary that was bead blasted by Mike weston.There's only a few passes on it on.
