It ran good this past weekend. Kim and I put on 250 miles on the trails at the top of MI. With the stock jetting for a 2000 srx it doesnt look lean at 17*F. I spent an evening doing quite a few wot runs for about 1/4 mi or so, 8500 rpm's MOST times, traction was an issue on my road. I saw 115 mph a couple times before i chickened out. Im gonna try a couple setup changes on the skid for better traction, any suggestions? Otherwise, I think the SRX is kinda dialed in until I find someone else to run with so I can compare. We saw A LOT of Yamahas last week. Anyone here on the trails around Indian River or Harbor Springs last weekend?

Looks like you could go a little leaner to me, but probably won't give you anything but a little better MPG.

You know, I picked up a couple fatter mains thinking it would be too lean with the colder temps but it wasnt. Anyone have a link to the Yamaha temp/jetting chart? Or is it in Tech section?

Don't go any leaner than the 2000 jetting the srx's love fuel.
