Hi, was up north this weekend and my srx was doing some wierd things. It ran great the whole time up there but on the last day I went to start it up and the head light and the tail light and my tach were not working then I let it warm up for about five mintues and it just turned on. This happened twice. Is there something loose in the wiring or is it a bigger problem?
take off the relays and put them on the heat register in your house for a day and night, they have moisture in them. The relays are on left side footwell, blue and white. Blue is headlight, white is load control.

Its likely the load control relay, on your left footwell theres 2 relays right by your belt cover. Take them off, bring them in and let them dry on a heater for a good day or even 2. Problem should go away, mine had the same thing happen to it and mrviper had told me to do this. Problem disappeared completely. I guess the relays are prone to getting moisture in them and that causes them to function improperly
