Anyone have any tips on removing the rotor to replace the stator? The service manual says to use the rotor puller tool. A guy I work with has a steering wheel puller that looks almost exactly the same that he thinks will work if I get bolts that are the correct size.
Any other ideas for a puller? I'd like to avoid a pointless trip to the dealer just to have it pulled.
Thanks

If the slots in the puller line up with the holes in the rotor sure it will
work, just need to find the right bolts..
