Keeps blowing lights?????

Have a Moto ski 1973. It keeps blowing head lights and tail lights. The lights work when it is at idle, but when I take off they blow. Any info would be greatly appreciated my fellow ty members. Thanks

Voltage regulator.

for sure the regulator. Put a voltmeter on it and check it. I bet its over 30 volts in the higher rpm.
