I'm trying to figure out how to set my floats correctly. When you measure the height do you measure from #1 or #2 in the picture? Thanks.

pics ain't the same tho in the book from the float?? so i'm not 100%

holding the carb at a 45 degree angle you measure off your number 1 in your pic.

It doesn't want to come out. They act like they're pressed in or something? :o| What the deal is is I put these pipes in and the thing doesn't want to idle. It's just at idle to like 1/8th throttle or something it's loading up and the PTO plug is getting wet. I thought maybe I screwed the floats up or something when I had it apart. Anyway, I just talked to Mike at Bender and he says it's because I didn't gut the airbox. I didn't get any instructions with these pipes and he faxed me some and they don't say anything about gutting the airbox. So I called him back and he said I have to take the shelf out and drill some holes in the top of the airbox. So hopefully that's my problem? :dunno:
