1994 yamaha v-max 600 This is my wifes sled. I got it in the garage to let the snow melt off and started looking at things to make sure everything is still Ok. I replaced all the primary rollers, pins, washers on the clutch about 200 miles ago because 2 out of the 3 rollers had flat spots wore right into them. So I check them now in the garage and one of the new rollers has a flat spot started in it again. Its only been 200 miles. What can cause this? I have never tore a clutch apart. What should I look for? I think I might get a clutch puller and pull it off and see if I can't dig into it and see anything. Just not sure what to look for? I have a Factory Service manual for the model for help but just wondering what you guys would think is causing this to happen? This sled does not get beat on. Thanks any help would be apreciated.
