On our last family trip my daughter insisted on riding big brother's sled. She's 2 1/2. I started running along side her with the sled's safety tether in my hand. I couldn't keep up for long. When I pulled the cord to stop, she would tell me to start it again. I tied a longer line to the tether so I could follow her on my sled. She did great. She even tried to go up the hill in the video. It won't be long until she's riding on her own (under close supervision of course).
