HC set up?

I have a brand new hc kit now and I want to make it work. I have 22/38 gears, a 51/43 helix, a 47/42 (or close to it) helix and a 43 degree helix. Which helix should I use and how much weight should I put on the heel, middle and tip?
Do I need a different helix?

Something close to a 50/38 works great in those sleds.

try 47/42 with 4 grams heel & 3 in tip.
