I recently purchased an (older) M10 that was removed from this vintage Vmax and wish to install it in my 95 Vmax. The suspension came with the mounting plate that installs on the exterior of the tunnel. The question is... Where. The person who I purchased it from remembers that one of the existing mounting holes was used as a reference and that the top of the plate needs to run parallel with the inside of the tunnel... But comparing the old suspension with the M10 isn't helping me that much. In order to get the front of the suspension to line up it looks like the reference hole is the front hole in the tunnel to the rear most of the two front bolts on the M10. But that requires the mounting plate to have a bolt behind the foot rest which doesn't seem that likely.
On Monday I can contact Fast and purchase the manual and hopefully the mounting instructions for the 94-96 vmax, but that sets me back another week on installation and I'm impatient
Thanks for any assistance that can you can provide.

In case someone down the line is looking for the info:
The rear most hole of the front two on the bracket is aligned with the stock front hole.
