TURK HELP belt blowing

I HAVE A 2000 SXR 700 WITH BENDER PIPES AND HEEL CLICKER CLUTCH KIT THIS WEEKEND I BLOW THE THIRD BELT THIS YEAR IT HAPPENS WHEN I AM GOING ON A LONG RUN LIKE ON A LAKE OR DOWN THE ROAD. EVER SENSE I INSTALLED THE CLUTCH KIT I HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS I HAVE THE RED SPRING IN CLUTCH AND NO WEIGHTS IN THE TIP AND NO WEIGHTS IN CENTER ALSO 4.2 IN THE HEEL. WHEN THE BELT BLOWS THE TOP PART OF THE BELT COMES OFF AND CLUTCHS SEEM TO BE GETTING VERY HOT. ALSO THE SECONDARY CLUTCH IS STOCK. PLEASE HELP I CANNT KEEP PUTING BELTS ON. HELP HELP :o|

get your clutches aligned and they will run cooler.Aligned my clutches on my 02 SRX and the clutches never get hot.When belts start to get hot,this is when they will explode.
 
I've looked around for your answer as a post similar to this was done a few day's ago and I think your issue is similar.

In that post Turk mentioned that the heel clickers cannot pull that steep (in this post it was a 47*) helix. Since your running a stock secondary you might have the same issue. Your stock helix is a 45* but that is still pretty steep. Maybe he will chime in on this and help you out.
 
You must be slipping the belt. Probably not enough side pressure to handle the rest of the setup. Like said above, get Turk's input as he has likely tested a similar setup.

There are many others on here (some rarely or never post, but they know who they are) that have likely run the same setup also.

second why the stock secondary

as stated above this is most likely the issue
