I HAVE ADDED OFF THE 98 SRX TOO MY 2000 SRX THE BLACK FRONT BUMPER, BLACK WINDSHIELD (01-02), BLACK HANDLE PAD, AND BLACK PUMPER . LOOKS COOL AS HELL 3:16 (tony)
Keep goin, some more black and it will be really cool, paint hood,tunnel,tr.arms, dye seat sides, change dash to black too!!!!!........LOL!!

They look cool when black, you will get asked everywhere you go if thats a limited edition, I said "yea, its a limited edition of 1..lol" I would have painted the tunnel black if I did it again, the polished tunnel was hard to keep looking shiny after riding it. painted the h/c weights too Tony....LMAO!!

Don, I bow to that sled, it really looks sharp and i have considered it for awhile but never find the energy to do it. That is one of the best black SRX's I have ever seen.

ya Tony, maybe thats why I like the 81's...LOL. I actually considered painting the tunnel on my 81 srx, it would really look nice then, the alum. tunnel almost looks out of place, all the rest is jet black.

AFEW 81 SRX,s I HAVE SEEN AT SHOWS HAVE POLISHED TUNNELS. LOOKS AWSOME BUT NOT ORIG. I ALWAYS LOVED THE STRIPES ON THE TUNNEL MATCHING SIDE PANELS. JUST A COOL SLED. 3:16 (tony)

Yea i see it at alot of the bigger speed runs around here. Usually he doesn't run anything over 1000' though, and he never drags it, although i would think that thing would be quite a handful if setup for drags with how light it is.
