Hi im gonna run amatuer stock at the cosdra drags on puslinch this weekend im wondering what i shoudl check over and what can improve my performance by the weekend heres my mods
2000 SRX 700
-bender Tc3 transfer rods
-bender can
-bender roller rooster clutch kit
-192 1" picks
how can i get some more speed and right now the sled lifts skis about 4-6" and holds them there... it hooks up really well at this setting on the transfer rods anything else i can do
id really like to be competitive this weekend

put the stock can back on, from what ive heard the stock is designed really well and is better than aftermarket

it has the bender roller secondary system then just a bender clutch kit i think.... i have all the stock stuff
engagement is 3500
Top rpm is about 8400
would you need spring and weight info to judge if i can improve clutching mrviper700?

ya, he's gonna need the helix ramp degrees, what clutch weights, what primary and secondary springs, and what weight rivets are in what holes of the weights, and what size rollers you have to help you out

alright ill try and get them later but i wont have time to order new parts and get em in by saturday besides clutching what else can i improve?

Rules say you can strap down, so back your front springs off and tie it down.

Your clutching sounds good as long as your rpm,s start out at about 8200 rpm. Might want to try to get engagement a little higher as long as you have the traction for it.I use the roller rooster in my 260ish hp turbo RX-1 for racing & it works awesome.

thanks turk and yea first hit on throattle it goes to 8200 then slowly on lake it goes up to 8400...... i really would like to raise engagement but i dont have testing time i left it last minute for the next set ill try and get the engagement raised
and im assuming just use some of those tie downs that you pull and they automatically lock to tie down the front.....

All you need are 2-3 engagement shims in the primary. Your clutching looks very good.
