Sudbury ride back on?

Hey guys, we got a pretty good dumping last night and this morning, we will should have close to 30cm/1ft by the time it all ends. I talked to my bros in Sudbury and he said you guys did not get very much. I will talk to my Dad tonight, who lives up in Skead to see what they got. Would you guys consider doing the New Liskeard ride Mar 3/4. I can re-book the chalet with the in-laws and we can do the ride i had planned for Feb 17/18. Let me know and i can confirm with the in-laws...........James

Bob don't worry, i talked to my Dad last night and he said up in Skead they got about 10". They plan to start grooming this weekend and as long a we don't get rain i am going to Sudbury next weekend. Because he lives in Skead we would use Rocky's as meeting place for the morning and go from there. He will be going out today and tomorrow so i will have a better idea what the trails are like..............James

Talk to my Dad tonight, he ran about 70 miles on Saturday and said trail are ok with some rough spots but with grooming this week should be good for us this weekend. I am thinking we can meet at Rocky's for breakfast at 8am and be on the trails by 9am.

Maim, what's the kms from Rocky's to Three Bear? Dad thinks its about 100miles or 160kms does that sound right?

never done this run at all. i think yamyrider is the only one who has done this run. i usually head north out of azilda myself when there is snow to ride on.

hope you had fun on sunday reaper. i went to bed with stiff neck sat and still have it. man that trail was rough to kirkswims house. bottomed the war 3 times on the rear of the skid.

its ok yamyrider. that is what we figured happened to you. the powder was nuts! if you whernt paying attention when your ski went off the trail it sucked you right off into 2'+ of powder in some spots. i know i did it at least twice myself on the war and the viper.
