I did some searching, and came up with the torque for the primary. 87ftlbs, loosen, retorque to 43ftlbs. but i came up empty on the others. need the secondary bolt, helix, and roller bolts. thanks

Shawn

These are not specs, these are what i always go and have never had a problem: I usually go about 30ft-lbs on the secondary bolt. Helix i have definately never checked, but i would say around 17 ft-lbs.

thanks I really only needed the secondary, but I couldn't find this info here. So I figured if I started a thread, maybe it would help out others later on.

thanks a bunch

This is what I do

75 ft lbs then relax (loosten) the bolt and retorque to 45 ft lbs. That's when I have a torque wrench handy. When I don't then it's wellllllllll yeah, about that tight.

Torque spec right out of the manual on page 9-15.

Primary First 85ft-lb then 43 ft-lb
Primary cap 10 ft-lb
Spider and Sliding Sheave 145 ft-lb
Roller and weight bolt 4.3 ft-lb screw 2.2 ft-lb
Secondary 46 ft-lb
Helix (page 4-10 "A") 17 ft-lb
