I've got a 2000 SXR600, and its real doggy on the bottom end. My mechanic at work thinks that its either the Stuck throttle sensor or fuel screw out of adjustment! First guestion- where are the fuel screws on my carbs? And how would a guy go about bypassing the throttle sensor. Any help would be nice thanks guys!!!!

The fuel screws are on the bottom of the carbs and stock they're set to 2 turns out I think. check this page To bypass the TORS you unplug the wires that are hooked to the switch on the carbs and plug the ones coming from the throttle into each other.

I don't think this motor has a "throttle sensor " they were on the twins. If its the tors it will sound and at like a fouled plug and not rev much over 3500rpm.
