NOT AS MANY AS YA THINK. I THINK THERE WERE MORE 79,s AND 80,s MADE!!! MOST OF THE 78 SRX,s I HAVE SEEN HAVE LOW NUMBERS. 3:16 (tony)

600 km IS ABOUT 350 MILES. SLED SOUNDS NICE. PIOLET SCREWS ON THE 78 SRX SHOULD BE SEATED AND THAN TURNED OUT 1.0 TURN. 3:16 (tony)
Turning them out leans the bottom end. So if it's flat then turn them in until it has good response. If you have the correct pilot jets and needle jets. Like Tony said one turn open should do it. $200 for a 78 srx???? Dean-o
you are right dean-o, you need to make sure you have correct jetting first and foremost. good answer! stock for 78 is 30 pilots with 6dh13 with clip on the 3rd position and O2 NEEDLE JET. my sled runs good at 1/2 turn 30 degrees or lower cause as you know the colder it gets the richer you want to be for trail riding
