Hi! I was having problems with my Exciter. We removed the carb and cleaned it and installed a new kit. All went well. Started it up and went fora spin. During the ride it started boging and died.
Managed to drive it back home and we checked the fuel pump. Picked up a kit for it yesterday and dropped the carb off at the dealertohave it calibrated. The guy who disassembled the pump isn't sure how to put it back together. Unfortunately I was doing something else when he took it apart and DIDN'T see how it was assembled.
Is there anyone on this forum who is willing to take a phone call to walk me through putting this thing back together. This is my last hope to get the sled running for the remainder of our season. The dealer told me that the pumps are on back-order and will take at least 3 weeks or more to come in. Thank you in advance.

just do a search in google under mikuni fuel pump and there are diagrams on some of the web sites that will come up and show you how they go back together. I did the same thing, tore mine down while having a glass of wine or two, started to put back together and uh-oh?
