front shocks: viper or ohlins

I am looking to long travel the front of my SRX. When I do this what is the best way and which shocks should I use?

I only have about 400 miles on my srx w/ the ohlins and the frontend takes bumps 2x better than my pre-owned venom 600. I'm not to sure about the viper fronts but seeing the selling price of ohlins on ebay, they seem to be the better choice.

The ohlins are definately nice shocks if there setup right, my rides nice and smooth the way i got em set
