Change_up and I hooked this afternoon for a buzz through the trails. it was pretty cool hainvg 2 SRX's romping thru the woods.
For a bit there the sleet was soo bad we couldnt see 20' in front of us and had the need for viser wipers
Most of the trails were great but a few near the end of our 200k run were really starting to get bumpy and some drifts were like oguls on a sno-cross track.
all in all it was great to meet Change_up and will head out again before the snow changes to Snirt then to dirt

Glad to here you had a good rip. probably no responses since everyone is out enjoying the beautifuul white stuff that came down yesterday. with that said im jumping on the sled and heading to kl for some csra snowcross races. should be a blast.

Yea it was a blast and was good to finally meet ya Ken. I've been a little hard to get a hold of the past couple of days lol. I think I'm going to plan one big ride for the weekend and we'll hopefully get you, dad, and a few friends out. There is another TY member that lives in Allenford (not far from Owen Sound) I'll maybe see if he wants to join us too and he could maybe bring some of his buddy's along. He's also on a 2000 SRX 700.
Awesome riding for Tuesday at -12, but I won't be home until late night Monday through wednesday!!!! damn. The weekend shows rain, but the weather network always shows rain until a day in advance lol. I'm not sure where we would go yet, but ideally it would involve a morning start not much later than 10am, stop for lunch, return just before dark, then drift off to bed as stiff as a board like friday. lol.
I'll have to see how the weather turns out, there is a lot of local riding to be done yet, but a good day's worth of riding could be hard to find in a week or so.
I'm thinking of maybe heading further up north towards the bruce penninsula. They always have tons of snow.
I'll get in touch with you when I figure out what's happening. If that sounds good to you or if you have other plans let me know. Talk to ya later.

Hopefully we'll be able to find gas without backtracking this time, and I'll maybe bring a trail map in a plastic bag so it stays dry! lol.

yeah well i learnt not to put my smokes in there Dooh
I will be heading to Kansas Monday morning until Thursday afternoon. So maybe if I can swing it I cold get Friday off and go for a good ride before the weekend warriors make it up here
Wife had to go away unexpectedly on saturday morning leaving me with the kids so I have been drooling watching all the sleds go by my house
Will be checking here often so post what ya think and we will go from there
I bet I can get some of the guys from the HCS site to join as well.. Imagine that 25 sleds in a row buwahahaha
