ok so i need to know if a stock 700cc srx can beat any stock other brand 700 or 800cc... i need answers me an owner of an srx says yes an srx can beat most stock 7 -800cc but my firend thinks this is completly impossible. i need facts here. so anything you wish to let me know in this race of speed would help solve a decent argument.

in most cases i would say srx can beat them, but in short drags a f7 or rev powertek can be up to the challange.. srx is a very fast sled if tuned right, but there are some fast twins out there too..
in norway the fastest stock 800 is a f7, 6.93 in 660 feet..
i think in findland a rev is the recordholder.. 4 years ago it was all srx!!

srx can fairly easily be made competitive with ANY 7 or 800's out there on the big end. It is the shorter distances that a couple of the lighter twins can run right with or even beat an srx if they are tuned very well.

how do you think a 2001 srx would do against a adrenaline x 800?

saw a couple f7's destroy a couple srx's today 660 drags, but if the srx had 1000 feet prob diferent story.
^^ yes like stated abovce the srx will be on top for top end runs or even anything over 1000' runs.
From what I've seen one of the biggest problems with the SRX is getting them to hook up out of the hole. Especially the 98-99's. If you can't get the power to the snow any amount of tuning won't help.
