I noticed today that after a long WOT run, or even a mid range pull, when I come to a stop my RPMS are hanging at about 4k, I have to hit my kill switch for a brief moment to get the RPSM to come back down. Coudl this be my clutch face bushing going bad?

Your lean down low. To get rpm,s down hit the choke briefly. To fix this turn the fuel screws out about 1/4 turn

if it is a viper, you need to adjust the idle to 1500 or below to get it to stop.

Yes, it is a viper, I will try the trick with the chock. I have just been hitting the kill switch to bring the RPMS down. I thought it was a clutch issue, as I just installed Heel Clickers, and thought I may have messed up the bushing.
How would I tell what style of HC I have. I hear people talk about notching out the clutch faces, but have no clue what they are talking about
