Since i got my pipes on my viper, the track is skipping all the time...I checked the track and its tight so why is it skipping?

Drivers start to wear down after ratcheting a lot, then it makes it even harder to make it stop doing it. Can pull the limiters up some and run less transfer rod gap to help, but if that doesn't work for you you will either need new drivers or if it were mine i would put anti-ratchet drivers on it.

well i have a transfer enhansment kit on it....could that be the problem?
too much transfer pulls the bottom of the track from the drivers and skips the track, with pipes its exaggerated from the extra hp you have now.
