so its a 130 horse and feels stronger than bigger 2 stroke. will it beat a SRX? I personally hate the way they try to make us 2 stroke owners, current yamaha owners feel like 4 strokes rule and our sleds suck. A few years ago they were selling em, hype up the 4 all you want but dont put us down. Am i alone?

I watched that video - how much is Yamaha paying those people?? I want to see how it stacks up to the new rev platform. I dunno - just seems like Yamaha is good at selling sleds that don't live up to the hype - most recently the 02 Viper, 03 RX-1 and the 07 Phazer (IMO). Wait and see I guess.

I'm dying to hear the video...no speakers her at work...sux. From what I read, the Phazer definitely lived up to it's expectations, for what it's suppose to be (500cc 4 stroke with great suspension). They can slam 2 strokes all they want. To them it's old tech and a different era. 4 strokes are their entire product line forcing a new marketing plan and mission. 02' Viper, well your right there. Great sled, but it should have, with no doubt, been the SRX VIPER!!!! trip/trip long travel with DCS and a new fricken skid. RX-1, well they had to start 4 strokes somewhere. Personally I think the Nytro will stack up just fine with the REV xp, 430 whatever pounds or not. face it the Yamahas just keep getting better, they're on the right track. They may seem expensive, but i believe you get what yoou pay for, and Y seems to put the best package together as a whole IMO.
