when i go from a dead stop or like 5-10 mph and i give it full throttle it bogs down at about 70 and won't go any faster but if i am going 20-30 when i give it full throttle it runs great. it needs a new throttle cable because this one is kinked and bent. could the throttle cable be messing up the sensor or am i just running rich or what.
no the cable has nothing to do with the TPS, the tps only changes mid range cruising speed timing anyways. you have a problem elsewhere.

do you have any idea what the problem could be?? i have almost everything i could swap like carbs, powervlaves, cables everything but i don't know what's causing this. when we put the sled back together form it's blow up we had to mess with the idle screw and cables because you could give it full throttle and the sled wouldn't move. we got it going and ran right friday and saturday and now it's doing this
what pilot jets and where are the fuel screws at?

I had the same thing and found 1 bad plug which ended up having a bad plug cap.

jets and fuel screws are at whatever they come from from factory. dave now that you mention it i had to clean corrosion out of my center plug cap and put in grease earlier this year because there was rusty water in the cap and the sled wasn't running right and that fixed it. i am going to change my coil pack tomorrow and see if it helps. maybe it is just losing connection with the plug sometimes due to corrosion. thanks for reminding me of that
