for those of you that installed boss seats on your sled , what did you use for a taillight? thinking of getting a flat top for my viper.

Went to my local Farm and Fleet and purchased a LED that goes on the lower unit on an outboard boat motor. Helps to keep people from rearending your boat LOL. I removed the mounting bracket and fabbed a couple of pieces of aluminum angle and mounted it to my tunnel extension. Wiring was a little sketchy, but it is VERY bright and adds almost no weight. I'll see if I have a pic of it.

I went with the 54-0467 Fourbarr light as you'll see in skidooboy's post. In my opinion, it's too small. You don't see it at all in snow dust, and it covers with snow very easily. I'll probably end up replacing it. I picked up an 06 RMK light that you can mount to the bumper or to a small fabricated bracket. My buddy bought one as well and installed his. Much better, although not as cool looking as an LED.

the ones i am talking about are the large custom named ones, they are about 2 inches high by 12" long, you dont miss them if they are mounted in the proper spot (onm the seat). they are expensive but finish off a custom seat and mod sled nicely. ski
