Is there an easy way to check power valves on a 02 viper, without throwing them out of adjustment. It seems it would be difficult to adjust. Thanks

:wel:

Are you thinking there not working? you should just pull them appart
and clean and adjust if it wasn't done in a wile. that will tell the story
once you get 'em opend up..

The sled has 1000 miles on it. Just wondering if there is a way to see if they need cleaning? with out trowing them out of adjustment. Thanks

just undo the housing and pull apart and the PV will come with it if it isn't stuck.Ajustments are made at the other end where the cables go into the servo.Slide the cable ends off the PV if they aren't stuck or pulling through the PV end.I have one now where the cable end is slowly deforming and pulling thru the valve end.Valve is still good,I just have to get that cable end off.Have new cables coming.Once they are cleaned and re-installed,ajust your valves with the 2mm method.Loosen the first part of the housing, stick 2-2mm allen wrenches between that housing and the next one.Ajust cables at servo until the 2mm space is aquired.First to have to get the valves in open position by the below 900 rpm method,in which servo will turn the pulley which in turn will allow you to adjust the valves via that method with allen wrenches.Do a search on it,there is a lot of info on how to do it right.
