I Was Going To Ask Everyone How Everyone What They Do To Summerize There Sled Because I Learned The Hard Way Not To Put Stable In My Gas What A Lesson Learned There After 2 Hours Of Cleaning All The Green And Yellow Sludge Out Of The Carbs!!!!!!!!!!!
How Do You Fog The Engine Do Shut The Gas Off And Choke The Motor Out Till It Dies With The Spray?whats The Best Way?

(three Years In A Row I Did Nothing To The Motor Over The Summer And Had No Problems, last Year I Put Stable In And Messed Up Everything)stable Is Overrated

My Sled Stays In The Garage All Summer Free From Rodents And Heat

Spray it in air intake!

You can spray it in through the air intake. Word of caution though, you will have to clean the carbs after you perform this. I just simply add stable to the gas and run it once a month up to full operating temperature. Never had a problem with an engine in 15 years. I store it in a climate controlled building though.

no way

no stable!!!!! thats what i did this year put stable in and ran it to operating temp
my carbs got all F-ed up,never again stable

I have run stable in my sleds for years too without any problems. I leave 1/2 tank and add stable, 2 oz of sled oil into each cylender after warmed up complete and slowly pull the handle and spray entire sled with yamaha silicone after cleaned, armor the seat good, take off the CHROME windy, it will bubble if you don't, cover with dust cover, loosen the track, put on track stand, talk to it for a while and tell it you will sled soon (jk).

Hmmmm really...i've been using it since the '90's in everything all my sleds
get a good shot of it with fresh premium gas,use it in my lawn equipment
also, never a carb related problem with the stuff i always recommend it.

the key is when you do it use fresh gas,you don't treat old crap..

i keep gas in the tanks and in the carbs,so nothing dry's out....

put in some sea-foam and run the sled up to operating temps.

fog the motor with the airbox off, use two cans and fog two carbs at a time - when your done fogging the motor, drain the carbs completley. I drain the fuel out of the sled as well. I've done this on the sleds for quite a few years and in my outboards longer - I've never had to clean carbs ever.

I fog fill tank full and use stable. I also siphon tank out and use fuel in car at the beginning of season, clean carbs and shes up and running. viper7mi when I say nighty night to me sled in spring when I'm talking to her I tell her she was a good girl this year now take a rest and I love you (don't let the bed bugs bite!)I think most of us talk to uor sleds or said something to them like as if they were alive(99%).
