Bleeding Oil Pump on SRX

Just putting my engine back in ...

I probably should bleed the oil pump, eh?

How is this accomplished? I couldn't find anything in the Yammy Manual.

If you look in between #1 and #2 carb you'll see a screw(bolt)it's
attached to a hose that goes to the O/P, break that loose and let
the oil flow till all air is out, if i were you i would
run a tank of 50:1-60:1 through it for the first run,all the air should be out
by the time that tank is empty,that's the easiest way IMO..

Good advice. Thanks! So I don't have to worry about losing the prime on the oil pump?

that's why you need to crack that bleed screw..
