Sorry for the Pol pics, but I can't convert all my friends. I do have quite a few of them with the hoods up "adjusting" or "tuning" as they like to call it, funny seems I can always catch them doing that.

Trails held pretty good for 50+. Sat. north of Calumet started to get real wet, more like following jet skis then sleds with the way the rooster tails were flying. We made it up Brockway and out to the Point, down to Dollar Bay and back to Mohawk.

Sun. we rode out to Gay and then back to the Eagle's Loop and back to Mohawk. Other than a 2 mile stretch of logging on the Gay trail it was about the best I have ever seen it. Loaded up and headed to The Loading Zone for the race and beers.

Monday we were down towards Twin Lakes, it was real nice, off trail was fun but no powder to play in. Frieda Loop was perfect, even 3 wasn't bad. Rode the powerlines back to TL for a while and played on the hills.

Nice pics. I can't believe all the putting sleds away for the year posts.
I must have at least 6 weeks of prime riding left. Can't wait for the Easter break. 4 days of riding and 4 days of after riding activities.
I guess I better post some pics so all the poor souls can see snow.

Sure, sure rub it in. I would trade green beer to able to ride tomorrow any time.
I don't want to quit for the year but the wallet says I can't make that trip two weekends in a row, especially for only 1.5 days of riding. Now only if I could find the job I want up there and turn it into an 11 min. instead of 11 hr drive.....

Sorry to rub it in, but,
We rode waist deep powder with a base on the weekend.
O ya, we left from the yard. No trailer or truck.

Must be nice, damn these northerners LOL! Enjoy it while you can, and think of us while you're doing it! :winterrul

I ride that area all the time, around the bluff in South Range. The power lines are fun to ride that go all the way around to Painesdale.

Where are you parked in your avatar pic?

Any chance you are in a fraternity at Tech?

I graduated in '97. Once I could afford to have a sled up there, classes where hard to justify, and weekends were hardly ever for homework any more!
