Well finally got my engine back together after a month of waiting for parts and time to work on it.Started on the 10th pull. First time I ever had a sled motor apart. A little easier thatn the V8's I used to work on.(Lighter and not as many parts) Took a long time to bleed the cooling system tho.I finally took a piece of garden hose and fit it onto the bleed hub of the rear heat exchanger and filled the hose with coolant and stuck the back end up as high as I could in the air.It took about an hour back finally the bubbles stopped. What a pain in the a$$.
Just need some good conditions to go test it out now. All the snow is melting away
There is always next season I quess.
