Motor is Down Bummer ( Pics Added )

Well it kind of goes like this, I new i should have put new pistons and rings before this year but i couldn't afford it so i was doing the hail mary all winter that the motor would last, and this year i think i have about 1500miles. Hard miles with radar running ect. Saturday night i let a friend drive my sled and when we got to our destination he said that it was only running on 2 cylinders and when he was half throttle it was OK. Well i thought it was a plug so i changed it still running on 2. So i limped it home and the next day i changed the plug again and noticed gas dripping under the carb. I took off the airbox and i could see the gas spraying out of the gas line. I fixed it and it still not working the way it should. RPM's are down when its idleing. I don't have a compression tester so i did the thumb test and it feels the same as the other cylinders. Never had cylinder go down like that from a gas leak before.

Well i opened it up and i wasn't expecting to see everthing together which i guess is good news and saves me some $$$$$. But here is the bad news before i took the the cylinders off it wasn't running on all 3 i could feel the difference in heat from touching the pipes. The cylinder that was at fault is the chaincase side. Now that the piston, rings and cylinder are in good shape i need help to find out what happened. Here is my guess so far. 1. From the first pic the inside of the head is realy clean compared to the others. Could i have blew a head gasket? 2. Since i had the gas leak could there be a air lock in the gas line or float stuck? 3. Blew a crank seal.
Thanks for any help or suggestions you guys can give me.
3 pics starting from chaincase side to the clutch side

Here are some shots of the pistons. I was going to tear into the motor this year anyways. From what i can see all 3 had a little blow by but everything looks pretty good, also a pick of the gas line that had the leak. The leak was just below the clip.

is there any evidence of more oil blowing by on those 2 dirty heads ? It would of been great to see all your heads as clean as the clean one and I would praise amsoil.

SRX7 Remember when you took mine for a ride last year, you said that mine was jetted. Well i think the prevous owner jetted this thing on the edge but i did not have any piston or ring failures and i'm right at about 7000 miles.

Well i'm thinking the clean one might have been from burning antifreeze i heard thats what happens when the head gasket goes. But i'm not sure

Well deman I would pass onto amsoil that there product does not keep heads clean like the claim.:) None will.

No I know that. Im just questioning how they can state it keeps heads clean. That would be one hell of alot of detergents in the oil. LOL. plus a little squirt of anti freeze to boot.

daman I don't know if i was or not last year i had to add some coolant on one of the last rips because the temp light came on. Then before the winter i changed the coolant and i added some right after the change (I think the air worked it self out) when i drained the motor it was pretty much full.

you changed the plug on that side, but did you check for spark/ ignition on that cylinder?
