Okay I am looking at a studded track for my sled, but I need to find a set of tunnel protectors for my Vmax 600. Anybody know where I can find these? I already checked Denniskirk , but they just have them for the 97 and up vmaxs.

i had them on my 94 but they ripped off and now i cant find them anymore.

Just go to your dealer and get a set of hyfax's. The ones that are U shapped. Cut to length and rivet them to the tunnel. $30
Some folks here prefer to use 1" square alum stock, you can get it at the local hardware store. Same deal cut to length, drill holes and rivet.

I did see where the plastic can wear near the front heat exchanger but will work like he said. I do not want to have any wear and last a long time so I am going with the 1" aluminum square myself.
