Bravo Seat!

HEllo, i recently bought a 1985 bravo transporter to restore. Upon taking the seat off, we found the thin piece of wood under it was severly rotted, and we could not even tell how it was mounted. I am wondering how the bravo seats are mounted. Is there a piece of wood bolted down, and then the foam glued on top? Thanks alot!

there brackets on that wood which bolts the seat down, yes the wood is glued to the foam, when you recover seat just use 1/4" plywood or a piece of panelboard works as well
