I Was Just Wondering If You Guys Could Help Me Out.
My Old Vmax Burned Up A Piston And After Spending Over 600 Bucks On The Clutch At The Beginning Of The Season, I Have Had Enough. I Am Looking To Sell The Machine As Parts Or Part It Out.
What Do You Guys Think I Should Do. What Would Be A Reasonable Asking Price In Canadian Funds For This As A Parts Sled. I Have A Couple Of People Interested And Was Wondering What Would Be A Good Starting Point. Looking At The Machine You Would Never Say It Is 12 Years Old.
Thanking Everybody In Advance/ Tb600dx

yes but...
I would think you would get more if you parted it out, at the very least it would cover the cost of your clutch work.

Would love to keep the old girl but it looks like we may go with an arctic scrap 4 stroke. It would give better gas mileage, more comfort and more reliability. Just one problem....it isn't yamaha. Will keep you updated.

If you go 4 stroke you gotta go with a yami, as for the vmax i would say 600 US burned down, repaired in good shape about 1100-1300 (US DOLLERS)100bux for piston rings and gasket if the jugs alright.
