I'm thinking of customizing the hood of my SRX and have got a couple of paint schemes in mind but would like to have some idea what it would look like before buying the paint.I know people have used MS paint to do similar things but are there any other software programs that would be easier(for me) to use?I'm leaning toward silver and blue on the hood but I'd like to be able to alter the position of the colors to see what it would look like.Does anyone have a customized hood pic they dont mind showing for ideas or know of some software I could use to do what I'm trying to?

Any Photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, etc. The capabilities of these programs far exceed what MS Paint can do.

you may just want to do a sample. find a busted up hood or anything else and just do it up.
After looking at the installed programs on my hard drive I see photoshop allready there
