I've been using it for the past two seasons and I like it... like you said burns clean- you cant even notice the smoke unless it's a cold start, and it doesn't stink. Performance wise I can't quite say I notice any gains they claim you get. All I know is the viper still runs mint. Another thing to consider is that vipers barely use any oil-- I put on 220 miles and could barely fit a quart back in, so that could be why I'm barely noticing any smoke too. Anyhow, it's less smokey than yamalube. I still haven't checked powervalves this season, but i will soon.

I don't care for BM, it's not a full synthetic oil plus it's too $$ and hard
to get for me, i love Amsoil's interceptor, i just started running it in my
sleds this year, i use it in all of then power valves or not, it's got more
detergents in it than the other line of Amsoil's to keep the inners cleaner.
plus i got a killer preseason buy on it,bought 2 cases,,that will last me
3-4 seasons now..

IF you can get it..use it...if not...try the intercepter...I myself use the Blue Marble
without much problems..however...when my oil pump cable came outta the housing and gulped the oil OUCH..that hurt the wallet...A restuarant carried the Intercepter and that worked good...
Only problem is I'm trying to stick with one oil and check the valves and try another the following year to see if there is a difference...oh well..always next year...
good luck

I had to use amsoil this season and well I guess its OK but when I pulled the power valves they were dirty faster than normal. Last season I used Ipone and the valves were alot cleaner longer. Next season Ill start back with Ipone and stick with it.

My powervalves are a lot cleaner since i started running the amsoil, Previously I had run yamalube. A few guys on here will argue that oil does not effect powervalve condition. They say its all in the rider on how clean the valves are. I'm not sure of this... so i dont want to start an arguement lol.... but i definately noticed the valves were much cleaner when i switched oils... just my 2 cents lol
