I bought 2 months ago a 04 viper ER in crate for $5,500.
probally 4500.You can buy brand new 06 and vectors in the high 5 range

Up in Canada they wanted $ 7000.00 new in the crate about 3 months ago so it should be cheaper now . I'm thinking of looking for one myself , I have an 02 , 03 , and figure I need an 04 to complete the set , LOL ...... It's only money !!!!!

I paid $4500 CDN last month for a 04 viper er (not the s) was practically new condition 600 kms. Like 02 viper mentioned there was one in Hearst Ont 3 months ago for $7000 brand new, I called about it but it was gone. If I were you I'd buy it. They are a beautiful sled. IMO

One thing to think about is that as soon as you put some miles on it, it's considered a used sled and its resale value won't be a whole lot bettter than the other used vipers of the same year in good shape. On the other hand, if you planned on keeping it for a long time, resale wouldn't be an issue, and you'd have a brand new sled. Those sure are good looking sleds too!
